Knitting Function: It can realize manifold knitting methods, such as "knit", "tuck", "no knit" and "loop transfer" etc, it could finish "knit", "tuck" or "no knit" in one cam system due to the three-way-technique.

Racking: Servo motor controlled, max 2-inch racking in left or right, 1/2, 1/4, 3/4 stitch also available from any position and have compensated slighter-tuning function. With two cam systems, loops can be transferred to front and back, independent of carriage direction.

Sinker system: Moveable revolving sinkers on both needle beds make the bulge fabric and full fashioned fabric knittable on the machine, even without any old loop(add, minus needle).

Stitch density: By stepping motor. 24 section stitch selectable, adjustable scope supported by subdivision technology; 0-320, the stitch of the knitwear can be accurately controlled.

Needle selection: Eight level selection via special actuators.

Yarn carrier: 16 yarn carriers can be put at any position of carrier rail according to program setting.

Yarn storage or yarn supplier(option): Especially suitable to knit low strength yarns, such as rabbit hair yarn, high count cotton yarn.

Power-off protection: Have power-off memory function, continuation of knitting process after power-on without any waste pieces.

Stop motion: Will stop the machine automatically and give an alarm in case of yarn break, large knot, needle break, wrap around check, needle smash, racking error, program error, and pieces finish etc.

Control system: 10.4inch color LCD panels, all kinds of date are showed on and modification possible on it. Input pattern data by USB disk. Large amount of pattern can be stored and selected to knit.
